You will lead advanced analytics efforts to drive business intelligence and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analysis to support business strategy and performance improvement.
• Develop and automate dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track trends and business health.
• Present actionable insights and strategic recommendations to business leaders.
• Partner cross-functionally to align data needs with business objectives and performance levers.
• Manage and escalate risks or customer-impacting issues promptly.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative roles.
• Expert proficiency in Tableau for advanced business intelligence visualization.
• Expert proficiency in SQL for data analysis within a Snowflake cloud environment.
• Expert proficiency in statistical modeling and analysis using Python.
• Strong experience with Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Financial Services, specifically Credit, Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
• SaaS industry experience.
