You will lead technical design and architecture for .NET applications while mentoring developers and overseeing full-stack delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and architecture for applications built on .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with product owners and project managers to define project scope and objectives.
• Oversee and mentor developers on software development best practices, code reviews, and testing.
• Develop and implement scalable, secure web applications using full-stack technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development and production environments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in .NET Core for application development.
• Experience with front-end technologies including Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• In-depth knowledge of back-end development with SQL Server or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven leadership skills, including managing and mentoring developers.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to debug complex software issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with secure web application architecture.
