Description

You will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, testing, and support for Power Platform solutions.
• Design and develop web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, and C#.
• Customize, configure, and deploy Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations.
• Troubleshoot and remediate technical Dynamics 365 issues, documenting solutions and collaborating with system administrators.
• Define platform governance approaches, implement best practices, and create technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Operations).
• Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
• Strong development skills in .NET, C#, and SQL.
• Experience with Azure and web component development.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft licensing models for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Ability to create mockups and prototypes to demonstrate technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps in Power Platform, specifically Power Pipelines and ALM Accelerator.
