Required Technical Skill Set:

Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Elastic Observability, Elastic APM, Elastic Security); full- stack observability; logs, metrics, traces, infrastructure, application, cloud, endpoint and security monitoring; Elastic AI/ML, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis, AI Assistant and observability analytics; telemetry strategy, event correlation, service mapping, dependency analysis and dashboards; ITSM, CMDB, automation and enterprise monitoring integrations.

Must-Have

Strong hands-on Elastic Stack and Elastic Observability expertise.

Full-stack observability architecture across logs, metrics, traces, APM, infrastructure, cloud, endpoint and security telemetry.

Elastic AI/ML, anomaly detection, root-cause analysis and observability analytics.

Customer-facing consulting, workshop facilitation, architecture design and stakeholder management.

PoC planning, validation and target-state roadmap definition.

Good-to-Have

Exposure to Nexthink, Microsoft Defender and enterprise monitoring ecosystems; AIOps, AI-assisted operations and automation use cases; understanding of Incident, Problem, Change and Knowledge Management processes.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

Lead customer discovery workshops, stakeholder discussions and requirements gathering as the primary customer interface.

Assess the current Elastic deployment, telemetry coverage, integrations and operational maturity; identify capability gaps and optimization opportunities.

Define the target-state Elastic Observability architecture and prioritized adoption and implementation roadmap.

Design and validate end-to-end observability, including service mapping, correlation, operational intelligence and automation approaches across all telemetry domains.

Drive PoC planning, execution, success criteria and outcome validation; collaborate with the customer

Elastic team and supporting SMEs, and present the assessment, architecture and roadmap to customer leadership
