Lead a small team of electrical hardware design engineers focusing on automation for industrial, automotive, process, and pharmaceutical plants.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of electrical hardware design engineers.
• Design control systems hardware and wiring diagrams.
• Prepare electrical schematics and documentation.
• Manage technical workflows involving outsourcing or engineering services companies.

Required Skills

• Experience in electrical design for industrial and automotive automation.
• Proficiency with EPLAN.
• Hands-on experience with control systems hardware design.
• Ability to create wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Experience with P&ID and PFD.
• Knowledge of electrical systems involving robots, vision systems, VFD, conveyors, and scanners.
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols including MODBUS, PROFIBUS, and Ethernet.
• Experience with SCADA, DCS, PLC, or HMI troubleshooting and programming.
• Valid permit or visa status to work in the USA in Ohio.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with India-based teams or companies.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or other electrical schematic design software.
