Description

Lead a small team in developing SDKs, software frameworks, and drivers for automotive and industrial applications. You will own the release pipeline, manage software deliverables, and drive technical mentoring through project estimation, scoping, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead team activities including project estimation, scoping, planning, and technical mentoring.
• Develop middleware, stacks, and drivers for peripherals such as SPI, UART, and high-speed interfaces.
• Optimize software for memory usage and system performance.
• Debug device drivers and applications to ensure stability.
• Manage software deliverables, including design documentation and user-friendly SDK components.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of experience in embedded systems development.
• Proficiency in C and Embedded C.
• Hands-on experience with MCUs, MPUs, Cache, and DMA.
• Working knowledge of RTOS such as FreeRTOS or Zephyr.
• Experience with TCP/IP, LwIP, Ethernet, USB, PCIe, SPI, and UART.
• Familiarity with filesystem development and protocol stacks.
• Experience using Jenkins and GIT for continuous integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading small engineering teams.
• Background in automotive or industrial applications.
