Description

Lead vehicle software execution and development for safety modules including BMS, BCM, VCU, PIM, ESC, and Steering ECUs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design embedded software components using embedded C/C++ or model-based design tools.
• Develop software component and sub-component requirements for various ECU applications.
• Create and maintain software work products in compliance with ISO-26262, ASPICE, and MISRA guidelines.
• Design and develop AUTOSAR-based software components, configurations, ECU services, and interface layers.
• Test, integrate, and verify software components while supporting HIL/system validation teams using debugger and instrumentation tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of automotive software development experience using embedded C/C++ or model-based design.
• 2+ years of experience delivering software lifecycle work products in compliance with functional safety and AUTOSAR guidelines.
• 2+ years of software testing and debugging experience using standardized instrumentation and quality check tools.
• Proficiency with embedded C/C++, AUTOSAR, and MISRA guidelines.
• Experience working in compliance with ASPICE standards.
• Experience with debugger tools and RTC.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with vehicle serial communication protocols including CAN/CAN-FD, SPI, and LIN.
• Experience debugging with tools such as ETAAS-INCA, CANape, or CANoe/CANalyzer.
• Knowledge of multi-core, pre-emptive RTOS, and memory management for production intent ECUs.
