You will serve as the technical lead for AXP initiatives, focusing on AJO and CJA implementation and integration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced customer segmentation models leveraging AXP capabilities.
• Architect solutions to ingest, process, and activate data across multiple digital channels.
• Drive the development and optimization of customer journeys, campaigns, and analytics dashboards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable platform solutions.
• Mentor and guide engineering team members, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in engineering.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level digital marketing or analytics platforms.
• 3+ years of direct experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including AJO and CJA.
• Strong expertise in building and managing customer segmentation strategies.
• Experience with platform integration (CRM, Contact Center, CMS, CDP, etc.).
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, and CI/CD practices.
• Solid understanding of marketing technologies, data privacy, and customer data management.

Preferred Skills

• Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Experience Platform credentials.
• Experience with additional Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
