Description

We are seeking a hands-on Lead Engineer to architect and build AI-powered solutions for extracting structured data from a wide variety of documents—contracts, reports, forms, or scanned PDFs. This role blends deep expertise in Generative AI, full-stack development, and engineering leadership. You’ll actively code while guiding a team of developers in delivering scalable, intelligent document processing systems.

Technical Expertise
Languages & Frameworks: Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript, and either Angular or React.
GenAI & NLP: Practical experience with large language models and their application to document intelligence use cases.
Cloud Infrastructure: Strong understanding of AWS (S3, Lambda, EC2, RDS) for deploying ML and web applications.
Databases & APIs: Solid experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, API design, and storing/exposing structured document metadata
