Design and build enterprise-level application systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and security across the technology stack.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software applications to solve complex business or processing problems.
• Lead architecture and design discussions while adhering to software development standards and governance.
• Conduct peer reviews for internal and contract developers to ensure code quality and standard compliance.
• Manage cross-team project tasks, deliverables, and alignment with change management processes.
• Coach and mentor team members while providing technical expertise to business partners.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on technical implementation experience in mid to large IT Enterprise environments.
• 6+ years of experience with IT enterprise infrastructure.
• Expertise in the MS SQL Server stack.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with ETL processes using SSIS.
• Experience with reporting using SSRS.
• Ability to gather business requirements and develop conceptual and technical designs.
• Experience with software and application development methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant industry certifications.
