Description

You will define application architecture and lead complex modernization initiatives for the Oracle Retail ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define application architecture and integration strategies.
• Lead modernization projects including digital price tags and appointment booking systems.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend architectural improvements.
• Provide governance and best practices for application development.
• Oversee capacity planning and performance optimization across systems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in application architecture and leadership.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture and the Oracle Retail ecosystem (Xsstore, XOCS, SIOCS, MFCS).
• Strong command of Java/J2EE, Spring, and REST APIs.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as Oracle JET and RIB/RICS.
• Proficiency with identity management, specifically IDCS/OCI IAM.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with microservices patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science.
• Cloud and enterprise architecture certifications.
