Description

You will lead and execute complex automation projects within an automotive assembly context.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Supervise projects by managing scope, risks, schedule, and stakeholder communication.
• Handle in-house engineering for hardware design, software design, emulation, integration, and site commissioning.
• Perform root cause analysis for technical issues and document lessons learned.
• Coordinate project timing, design deliverables, and safety across cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain electrical and mechanical models using Emulate 3D simulation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in automotive or software companies with an automation background.
• In-depth knowledge of control systems within automotive assembly plants.
• Proficiency in PLC Programming and Control Systems.
• Experience with Integration and Automation concepts.
• Hands-on skills in Machine Vision and Python.
• Familiarity with XML, C#, and JavaScript.
• Experience in Root Cause Analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Masters or Bachelor's in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
