Description

You will lead the design and construction of scalable microservices and event-driven applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data-intensive, distributed architectures including APIs, microservices, event-driven designs, and serverless patterns.
• Translate business requirements into high-quality engineering deliverables and reusable solutions.
• Address technical debt using a pragmatic and commercially focused approach.
• Own observability and reliability practices across services.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot for building scalable services.
• Proficiency with Microservices and Event-driven systems using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong command of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB).
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, CodePipeline, or TeamCity.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Competency in TypeScript or JavaScript (Node.js).
• Knowledge of security best practices, including secrets management (e.g., HashiCorp Vault).
