You will lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive architectural decisions for scalable and maintainable serverless applications.
• Manage engineering teams, enforcing best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps.
• Define requirements with Product and Design teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Own and evolve the CMS strategy using Webiny, including plugin customization and GraphQL APIs.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using AWS Lambda and Infrastructure-as-Code.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in a lead or managerial capacity.
• 2+ years working directly with Webiny or similar headless CMS platforms.
• Deep knowledge of serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB).
• Strong programming in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Proficiency with GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects from concept to delivery.
• Understanding of CI/CD, monitoring, and DevSecOps principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multi-tenant architectures and SaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with JAMstack or frontend frameworks (React, Next.js).
