Description

Lead technical direction and architecture for high-performance products. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect secure, scalable software systems and enforce data privacy standards.
• Drive product performance, usability, and system design before implementation.
• Manage infrastructure, deployment automation, and monitoring processes.
• Mentor engineers to improve code quality and technical growth.
• Own the release pipeline for rigorous, tested codebases.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• 2-3 years in software architecture or technical team leadership.
• Mastery of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Deep expertise in ReactJS and NodeJS.
• Proficiency with Python or Rust.
• Experience with SocketIO or WebSockets.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with ElectronJS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building enterprise SaaS products.
• Experience across multiple platforms including web, desktop, iOS, or Android.
