Description

You will lead the design, development, and deployment of conversational AI applications across IVR, chat, and voice platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Build and refine chatbots, virtual assistants, and IVR systems to ensure intuitive user interactions.
  • Develop and optimize NLU and NLP models to improve accuracy and intent identification.
  • Work with Generative AI models and fine-tune LLM-based conversations for context-aware interactions.
  • Integrate AI solutions with RESTful APIs and external web services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy conversational AI applications.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in engineering roles.
  • Hands-on experience developing conversational AI applications, including chatbots and virtual assistants.
  • Expertise in intent identification and LLM development.
  • Proficiency in integrating solutions with RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with web services, data retrieval, and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of natural language understanding (NLU) and processing (NLP) models.
  • Experience working across IVR, chat, and voice platforms.
  • Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

  • Recent experience with KoreAI.
