Description

Lead application development teams building web, mobile, and desktop applications on AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 6-8 engineers delivering AWS-based solutions.
• Design and write serverless code using Node.js.
• Develop, integrate, and test REST APIs with Swagger documentation.
• Design optimal data models based on application needs and system performance.
• Transform complex business requirements into technical design specifications.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 5+ years leading application development teams.
• 5+ years with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• 5+ years with PHP, Python, Vue.js, or React.
• 5+ years with microservice architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of Node.js APIs (File System, Clusters, Console, OS).
• Experience with AWS tools: SDK, CLI, VPC, EC2, EBS, S3, ELB, Auto Scaling, IAM, RDS, Route 53, CloudFront, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD (Jenkins), GitLab, or Team Foundation Server.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases: Elasticsearch and DynamoDB.
• Frontend experience with Angular.
• Knowledge of Docker components (Engine, Hub, Machine, Compose, Registry).
