Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of ETL workflows supporting operational and analytical reporting requirements.
• Define and maintain data management practices covering data quality, governance, availability, and usability.
• Develop and oversee Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models for business users.
• Write, review, and optimize SQL queries used for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.
• Manage the analytics team, allocate work, review deliverables, mentor team members, and ensure timely execution.

Skills Required:

• 4.6 to 6 years of relevant experience in data engineering, business intelligence, analytics, or data management, including experience leading teams or workstreams.
• Strong hands-on experience with ETL processes, data integration, and analytical data workflows.
• Practical experience in data management and dimensional or relational data modeling.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to work with complex datasets and reporting requirements.
• Experience building production-grade Power BI dashboards, reports, and governed datasets.
• Demonstrated team management experience with ownership of delivery quality and schedules.

Good to Have:

• Experience working with Databricks for data engineering or analytics workloads.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
