Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain RPG applications on IBM i platforms.
• Enhance and support supply chain applications and business processes.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and Web Services.
• Work with JSON-based data exchange and application interfaces.
• Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.
• Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Optimize application performance and database efficiency.
• Support modernization of legacy RPG applications.
• Prepare technical documentation and release notes.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions.

Experience Required:

• 6-10 years of experience in IBM i RPG Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with RPG IV, RPG ILE, and RPG/400.
• Experience working on IBM i (AS/400, iSeries) platforms.
• Good knowledge of CL, DDS, and Service Programs.
• Strong experience with DB2/400 database development and support.
• Experience integrating RPG applications with APIs, Web Services, and JSON.
• Experience in application troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Knowledge of supply chain or enterprise business applications is an advantage.
• Experience modernizing legacy RPG applications is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
