Description

You will manage IT infrastructure, hardware lifecycle, and network stability for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and rectify hardware, network, and printer issues.
• Manage vendor relationships for advanced technical support, part replacements, and asset procurement.
• Install and configure Windows, Mac OS, and security software including antivirus and patches.
• Administer Google Suite and mail configurations.
• Resolve LAN connectivity, firewall, and ISP-related network problems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT management and support.
• Proficiency with Windows and Mac OS installation and maintenance.
• Experience managing Google Suite and O365.
• Hands-on experience managing LAN setups and firewalls.
• Knowledge of storage concepts.
• Experience in global IT management, including budget and asset oversight.
• Ability to work directly with end users to define hardware and software requirements.
