Job Description
Fault finding, troubleshooting & rectifying any hardware related problem.
• Engage vendors/manufacturers for advanced troubleshooting and part replacements.
• Installation of new hardware & restoring the machine
• Installation of Windows & Mac OS
• Mail configuration and Administration of Google Suite
• Antivirus Installation & patch update at the client end
• Working with End Users to understand tools / software / hardware requirements to provide the
right assets & licenses
• Maintaining current Assets Inventory
• Resolving Network related problems, like connectivity problems, patch cord problems, Network
configuration problem and working with ISPs for Internet connectivity issues
• Management of Firewalls Fault finding & troubleshooting & rectifying the problem related to
Network Printers.
• Working with vendors for Asset & License purchases
SKILLS AND
Requirements
8+ years of overall experience in IT Management & Support.
• Good Knowledge on Windows & Mac OS
• Good Knowledge managing Google Suite and O365
• Good Knowledge in managing LAN Setup and Firewall Basic knowledge on concepts of storage
• Experienced in Global IT management along with budget and asset management.
