Description

You will design, build, and maintain production-grade microservices and data pipelines on the cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot with a focus on reliability and performance.
• Build and optimize stream and batch processing data pipelines for analytics and modeling.
• Implement distributed messaging systems using Kafka and related patterns.
• Design and maintain database-backed services using SQL and relational data stores.
• Enforce engineering best practices including CI/CD, code reviews, and Agile development.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 6-10 years in Java.
• Hands-on development experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database querying.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and production deployment practices.
• Understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Apache Spark for stream or batch processing.
• Deep knowledge of Kafka and distributed messaging systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
