Good to Have Skills: Java programming, AWS cloud platform, CI/CD pipelines, aggregation and correlation techniques, filtering mechanisms, revenue management platforms, BSS and OSS integration, charging and billing systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support in the capture, refinement and documentation of business requirements for mediation solutions.
• Create and document the logical and physical integration design for applications and solutions.
• Install, upgrade and configure applications and other OS or third party software components.
• Create, document and support execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Take ownership of integration between revenue management platforms and network, BSS and OSS systems.
• Be responsible for technical deliverables from estimating, designing, configuring and unit testing to ensure high quality standards.
• Identify, communicate and drive improvement initiatives for processes and tools relating to your role.
• Work with Product Owner and develop solution design for requirements, support functional testing, SIT, UAT, and production releases.
• Collaborate with other teams and provide inputs for the implementation of end-to-end solutions.
• Drive complex technical projects from planning through execution and provide leadership to mentor engineers.
• Perform configuration reviews and code reviews to maintain quality standards across the team.

Experience Required: 8+ years in telecom mediation domain with minimum 3+ years development experience in DigitalRoute Mediation Zone product. Must have good experience in performing CDR analysis and resolving technical issues. Should possess deep knowledge of E2E telecom flow and logical thinking for issue resolution
