Description

You will lead the design, integration, and maintenance of telecom mediation solutions, owning the end-to-end delivery from requirements capture to production release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define logical and physical integration designs for revenue management, BSS, and OSS systems.
• Configure, upgrade, and maintain DigitalRoute Mediation Zone and related OS/third-party components.
• Execute comprehensive test plans, including SIT, UAT, and production releases.
• Perform CDR analysis, resolve technical issues, and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and lead complex technical projects from planning through execution.

Required Skills

• 8+ years in telecom mediation with 3+ years hands-on development in DigitalRoute Mediation Zone.
• Deep knowledge of E2E telecom flows and logical troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in APL, UNIX, and Shell Scripting for automation and scripting.
• Strong experience with Oracle SQL and CDR analysis.
• Ability to manage batch and real-time workflows.
• Experience with system integration between network elements and billing platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Java programming experience.
• Familiarity with AWS cloud platform and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of aggregation, correlation, and filtering mechanisms.
