Description

Lead the technical development and architecture of the core platform.

Responsibilities

• Build core platform architecture and write testable, scalable code following industry standards.
• Manage developers and ensure deliverables meet time and cost estimations.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines, integration with logging, and monitoring systems.
• Own security implementation, including external authentication, third-party security, and API authentication.
• Handle production maintenance, including bug fixes, security vulnerability patching, and outage analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building technology and managing teams, preferably in a startup environment.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Angular.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Experience with CRM integration.
• Hands-on experience with production deployments and outage analysis.
• Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
