Description

Lead technical development and architecture for the core platform, managing teams and owning the full release lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect the core platform and write scalable, testable code following industry standards.
• Manage developers, ensuring deliverables meet time and cost estimations.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and integrate logging and monitoring systems.
• Implement security measures, including external authentication, third-party security, and API authentication.
• Handle production maintenance, bug fixes, security patching, and outage analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building technology and managing teams.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with Angular.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Experience with CRM integration.
• Proven track record in production deployments and outage analysis.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a startup environment.
