Description

Lead a small engineering team while contributing directly to technical execution and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Write, test, debug, and document high-quality code.
• Manage a team of 2-3 developers and mentor senior engineers.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for the engineering team.
• Establish engineering best practices and participate in scrum ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience with web technologies.
• Proficiency in React, Angular, or Vue.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET.
• Proven experience leading a team of at least 2 developers.
• Strong frontend development skills.
• Competency in database querying.
• Experience setting up cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in unit testing and debugging.
• Any Graduate degree.
