Description

Lead a software development team while aligning technical execution with the product roadmap and integrating AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full software development lifecycle and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Prioritize product features and requirements to meet quality and performance benchmarks.
• Act as the primary liaison between the development team and senior management.
• Manage Agile/Scrum processes to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of experience in software development.
• At least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and machine learning algorithms.
• Proficiency with AWS and other cloud computing platforms.
• Experience with full-stack development and modern programming languages.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Practical knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the contact centre industry or telecommunications.
• Knowledge of customer experience (CX) strategies and solutions.
• Project Management certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master.
