Description

Lead a team of full-stack developers while designing and maintaining high-scale backend features and managing customer communications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developers, serving as the technical anchor.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend features in Java or Python with a focus on performance, security, and enterprise scale.
• Manage regular customer communications, handle escalations, and champion team interests.
• Craft effective prompts for LLMs and validate AI-generated content to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Collaborate with QA and product teams, conducting code reviews and maintaining comprehensive unit tests.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of development experience in Java or Python ecosystems; willingness to learn the non-primary language.
• 3+ years of experience leading teams and managing customer relationships.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills with knowledge of design patterns and methodology.
• Hands-on experience with backend frameworks such as Spring, Django, or Flask.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with AI assistants and LLMs, including prompt engineering and hallucination awareness.
• Knowledge of software engineering practices, release processes, and project life cycles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and client engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of frontend technology stacks.
