Description

You will lead the design, development, and optimization of embedded software within resource-constrained environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of embedded software modules using C++.
• Collaborate with hardware and system engineering teams to define architecture and integration strategies.
• Mentor junior engineers through technical leadership and code reviews to enforce best practices.
• Optimize software performance, memory usage, and power efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues across the full development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in C++ development.
• Extensive experience with embedded systems and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Proven track record of developing and debugging software on microcontrollers and processors.
• Deep understanding of hardware-software integration and embedded system architecture.
• Proficiency with embedded development tools, including compilers, debuggers, and version control.
• Experience with SQL, Java, or Python.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
