Description

You will lead the development, maintenance, and support of IVR and Cases applications on Google Cloud Platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full software development lifecycle from project scoping and planning to implementation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define IVR requirements and create detailed design specifications.
• Develop and integrate IVR solutions with CRM, ERP, and contact center platforms using Google Cloud tools.
• Lead a team of engineers and cross-functional stakeholders through project launches.
• Provide Tier I, II, and III support to troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java, or Python.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, specifically Dialogflow and Contact Center.
• Strong understanding of IVR design principles and best practices.
• Proven ability to integrate systems with CRM and ERP platforms.
• Demonstrated experience in Tier I, II, and III technical support.
• Ability to manage the complete software development lifecycle.
