Description

You will lead software development efforts for business applications and integration architecture, managing distributed landscapes and technical teams through the full lifecycle.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams through the software development lifecycle using established methodologies.
• Design and implement integrations using SAP SuccessFactors data models, SFAPI/ODATA APIs, and Integration Center.
• Manage distributed architecture landscapes, including Atom/Molecule sizing and benchmarking.
• Analyze system requirements to ensure detailed and accurate technical execution.
• Develop and maintain communication protocols across various integration methods.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software development experience with relational and non-relational database systems.
• 4 years of experience in a technical lead role.
• Advanced knowledge of IT software development methodologies and processes.
• Expertise in XML, XML Schemas, WSDL, SOAP, REST, JSON, Groovy, FTP, SFTP, PGP, JDBC, SQL, RDBMS, JMS, Mail, and HTTP/HTTPS.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing integrations for Global HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance (UKG).
• Java programming experience and experience with middleware tools.
• Dell Boomi Developer or Architect certification.
