Roles & Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a powerful desire to learn new skills and understand new features as they are added to the system.
• Maintain a proven record of accomplishment of working effectively within and across different engineering groups.
• Explore opportunities to improve product performance and overall system efficiency through innovative solutions.
• Work closely with other team members to understand design architecture and propose solutions to enhance products.
• Guide the team and mentor upcoming developers while providing long-range strategic direction.
• Jump in to help resolve critical issues quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
• Run, analyze, and interpret system benchmarks to identify performance optimization opportunities.
• Provide consultative direction to senior management on technical matters and industry trends.

Experience Required: Senior level experience in systems engineering with exposure to systems architecture, experience running and analyzing system benchmarks, and solid programming skills in Python, C, or C++.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field
