Description

You own system performance engineering, benchmarking, and architecture optimization for the product.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Run, analyze, and interpret system benchmarks to identify and drive performance optimization opportunities.
• Design and implement solutions to enhance product performance and overall system efficiency.
• Mentor developers, guide the team, and provide long-range strategic technical direction.
• Collaborate across engineering groups to understand design architecture and resolve critical issues efficiently.
• Provide consultative direction to senior management on technical matters and industry trends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of senior-level experience in systems engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python, C, or C++.
• Deep understanding of Systems Architecture and Performance Engineering.
• Proven experience running and analyzing system benchmarks.
• Ability to work effectively within and across different engineering groups.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation and development processes.
• Strategic planning and consultative skills for senior management.
• Knowledge of latest technology trends in systems and performance engineering.
