Description

You will lead the development and deployment of AI/ML models in production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models into production.
• Mentor and support junior data scientists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems.
• Iterate through solutions to overcome technical challenges.
• Implement design patterns effectively across projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production.
• 3+ years of experience in a technical lead role.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Working experience with LLMs, Gen-AI tools, and Prompt Engineering.
• Practical experience implementing design patterns.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Advanced knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools.
