Description

You will design, develop, and maintain desktop applications using Qt/QML and C++ in a Windows environment. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of new features, product enhancements, and defect resolutions.
• Design and maintain software architectures, codebases, and technical documentation.
• Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Analyze and enhance existing systems to improve performance and stability.
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with C++ and Qt/QML.
• Strong background building and supporting Windows desktop applications.
• Proficiency with Git source control systems.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns.
• Experience with multithreaded, real-time, or high-performance applications.
• Familiarity with SQL Server or similar relational databases.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Rally.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading software development initiatives or mentoring engineering teams.
• Exposure to complex enterprise software environments.
