You will lead engineering efforts by combining hands-on technical execution with strategic architectural oversight.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced software solutions while maintaining accountability for code integrity and scalability.
• Lead requirement analysis, low-level architecture, component design, and unit testing.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and align technical solutions with customer goals.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and technical guidance to ensure quality KPIs are met.
• Drive an incremental delivery mindset, focusing on continuous integration, automation, and managing technical debt.

Required Skills

• 15-20 years of software engineering experience with a focus on OOP/OOD, data structures, and algorithms.
• 15+ years of hands-on experience with Angular or React and C# / .NET Core.
• 10+ years of cloud-native engineering on AWS, utilizing FaaS, PaaS, and microservices.
• Deep expertise in DevSecOps and continuous delivery automation.
• Proven experience implementing complex, domain-driven systems.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with product management.
• Ability to travel 0-30% for client and leadership meetings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI/ML and Generative AI.
