Description

Lead a global team in designing, building, and deploying enhancements for an Enterprise Data Warehouse on Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead nearshore and offshore teams in production support, bug fixes, and EDW enhancements.
• Design, develop, and test ETL/data pipelines using Azure SQL, SSIS, and StreamSets.
• Write complex SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and source data formatting.
• Analyze source systems and profile data to identify and resolve data quality issues.
• Manage incident response on a rotational on-call basis using ITIL V4 concepts.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in ETL and Data Warehousing.
• Proven experience leading teams of 15+ members in a global delivery model.
• Deep expertise in SSIS, SSRS, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Hub Events.
• Practical experience with StreamSets and Power BI dashboard creation.
• Experience working with data sources such as SAP and Salesforce.
• Proficiency with semi-structured data formats including JSON, Parquet, and XML.
• Experience using DevOps tools like GitHub or Jenkins for version control and deployment.
• Background working in Agile/Safe methodologies and ITIL V4 frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with Product Managers, DBAs, and Data Governance teams.
