Description

Lead ETL integration projects using Informatica and the Guidewire Suite, translating business requirements into data warehouse designs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into detailed data designs and ETL interfaces from source systems to the data warehouse.
• Map data between systems in collaboration with Business Analysts and assist engineering teams from physical data models to production.
• Identify entities, attributes, and referential relationships using enterprise information engineering approaches.
• Manage database requirements, including creating tables, indexes, and performing SQL tuning and reviews.
• Provide technical guidance to team members, enhance their capabilities, and ensure process compliance.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering and ETL development.
• Expertise with Informatica and integration with the Guidewire Suite (on-premises and SaaS).
• Proficiency in SQL, including query performance tuning and index management.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, SSIS, or Talend.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse concepts and dimensional data modeling.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL data storage techniques.
• Experience in metadata management and data model rationalization.
