You design, build, and deploy complex ETL pipelines for high-volume data integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy complex ETL pipelines using IBM DataStage.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient data integration solutions.
• Lead and mentor team members on best practices, code reviews, and performance standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality, performance, and scalability.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and communicate effectively with business users and architects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of proven hands-on experience with IBM DataStage ETL development.
• Experience migrating ETL workloads into in-house or custom frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of high-volume data integration with enterprise sources such as SAP, Oracle, and Teradata.
• Experience working within CI/CD pipelines for ETL deployment and automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve data quality issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in ETL pipeline development.
