Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of ETL workflows and dimensional data models for data marts.

Responsibilities

• Capture and load source system data into data marts via ETL processes.
• Develop, test, and implement program logic and technical specifications for ETL development.
• Optimize data load jobs to improve performance, automation, and system availability.
• Design and maintain logical and physical dimensional data models for Data Marts.
• Mentor and assist other developers while maintaining clear technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience developing and testing query solutions using Oracle PL/SQL.
• 7 years of experience with UNIX Shell Scripting.
• 7 years of experience with ETL design for Data Warehouse/Data Mart development using SQL, PL/SQL, and IBM DataStage.
• 6 years of experience with performance tuning and optimization of sessions, mappings, sources, and targets.
• 6 years of experience using ER Studio for dimensional data modeling in Cognos or OBIEE 10/11g environments.
• 5 years of experience working with PPI, SSA, or HIPAA data security requirements.
• Experience providing production support and troubleshooting migration or data load issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
