Description

You will lead financial analysis and operational planning for MTIC, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and resource optimization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Track and report portfolio-wise headcount across towers, aligning with budget and workforce plans.
• Develop and monitor productivity, efficiency, and utilization metrics to drive operational excellence.
• Provide insights on capacity, throughput, and resource allocation to optimize business performance.
• Establish standardized reporting dashboards for leadership visibility into MTIC operations.
• Drive process improvement efforts for budgeting and procurement processes.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial analysis with large budgets, forecasts, plans, comments, and accruals.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Advanced PowerPoint.
• Strong dashboarding skills using PowerBI or Tableau.
• Experience with Financial Management, Forecasts, and Budgeting.
• Demonstrated ability to work with IT finances within a Global Capability Center.
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
• Experience working within a multicultural environment and across time zones.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree or CPA/MBA.
• Experience with Anaplan.
• Knowledge of technology financials within a global CPG firm.
