Description

Lead the firmware engineering team by managing technical deliverables, resource scheduling, and code quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the team's deliverables and the quality of all technical work produced.
• Manage resource assignments, work scheduling, and coverage planning for team absences.
• Oversee new team member screening, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring.
• Perform initial triage for internal and external escalations and provide weekly summary reports on issue tracking.
• Drive issue resolution, track tasks, and evaluate priorities across cross-functional teams.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of engineering experience.
• 2-5 years of program management experience.
• Proficiency in low-level embedded C firmware and hardware interaction.
• Experience managing resource gaps and task prioritization.
• Strong ability to handle frequent context switches and multitasking.
• Effective communication skills for feedback gathering and reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or relevant work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Engineering.
