Description

You will lead the firmware testing strategy, architecting test tools and execution plans to ensure high-quality deliverables.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect test strategies and tools by analyzing existing system implementations and requirements.
• Design and drive integration and test efforts alongside system, software, and hardware engineers.
• Develop test-in-loop environments and automation scripts to validate embedded systems.
• Write and debug tests to verify hardware and software components.
• Prioritize test development and execution based on evolving deliverable plans and milestones.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in firmware QA and embedded testing.
• Proven expertise in SIL and HIL testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in Python for test process automation and scripting.
• Hands-on experience with VISA instrument drivers and lab equipment, specifically Mixed Domain Oscilloscopes (MDO).
• Experience with Git for source control.
• Working knowledge of Jenkins or CI/CD frameworks, specifically Azure.
• Strong understanding of embedded system hardware and software components.
• H1B Visa ready.

Preferred Skills

• Background in networking.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and SQL.
