Description

Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile software using Flutter and Dart. Own the full lifecycle from code to release.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using the Flutter framework and Dart language.
• Build user interface components following established Flutter workflows, including Widget Trees and Atomic Design.
• Execute code reviews for team members as part of the CI/CD cycle to ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with product and engineering leads to align technical delivery with business objectives.
• Participate in testing, quality assurance, and bug fixing processes to optimize performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mobile software creation and hands-on coding.
• Expertise in Flutter and the Dart programming language.
• Deep understanding of Flutter architecture, including MVC and MVVM patterns.
• Proficiency with Flutter UI concepts, including Widget Trees, Atomic Design, and CMS Driven Widget Design.
• Experience with BLoC state management and the Flutter plugin environment.
• Strong knowledge of Flutter data storage, integration, and external APIs/SDKs.
• Competency in Flutter testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Flutter security, accessibility, and app distribution.
• Ability to manage Flutter commands and development tools effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Flutter external integrations and complex architectural styles.
