Description

Lead the development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining Flutter applications for iOS and Android.

Responsibilities

• Lead development sprints in Jira by creating user stories, allocating resources, and providing estimates.
• Architect scalable solutions and provide technical mentorship to junior developers on Flutter and native code.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Designers, and QA engineers to define requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and project guidelines.
• Communicate technical progress and insights directly to clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in mobile app development with a focus on the Flutter framework.
• Expertise in Dart and the Flutter SDK.
• Proficiency in native iOS and Android development using Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with native coding and third-party integrations for both platforms.
• Experience with database technologies including Firebase, MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience leading projects within the telecom app domain.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
