Description

You will lead the Flutter development team in designing, coding, and testing mobile applications.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable code following best practices.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues during development and testing.
• Maintain technical documentation of the development process and project updates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Flutter Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency with the Flutter framework.
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and implementing designs accurately.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Proven ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience working within agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
