Description

Lead front end development and test automation strategy for large-scale application lifecycles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and consult on test automation strategy, design, implementation, and execution.
• Manage and delegate resources across multiple concurrent projects and product deliverables.
• Collaborate with developers, project management, product management, and infrastructure teams to define test phase activities.
• Serve as tier 3 triage lead for incoming bugs and produce regular escalation reports.
• Review technical requirements and define testing methodologies and case documentation.

Required Skills

• 13-15 years of experience in software development and sustainment lifecycles.
• Proven experience leading teams of 10+ ReactJS developers.
• Expertise in test automation processes, practices, and controls.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages and automated test script execution.
• Experience with test management processes and performance-related tools for software and hardware.
• Skills in project management, product management, and infrastructure coordination.
• Ability to manage the delivery lifecycle and maintain test environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting hardware development efforts through manual and automated script execution.
