Description

Lead the architecture, development, and quality of scalable front-end web applications while collaborating with backend and DevOps teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own front-end technical decisions, coding standards, and best practices for responsive, high-performance applications.
• Translate UX/UI designs into reusable, scalable components ensuring cross-browser compatibility and WCAG accessibility.
• Define APIs, data contracts, and integration patterns with backend teams; perform light backend development or debugging when needed.
• Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and front-end automation frameworks including unit and integration tests.
• Mentor junior developers, review code, and enforce clean code principles within Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• Expert-level experience with both React.js and Angular.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with modern state management libraries (Redux, NgRx, Zustand).
• Hands-on experience with Java (Spring Boot) and backend concepts.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and understanding of API gateways.
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms including OAuth2 and JWT.
• Understanding of micro-frontend architecture and component-based design.

Preferred Skills

• Basic experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with security best practices (XSS, CSRF, OWASP).
