You will lead the front-end team in Milan, driving engineering best practices and technical excellence across our offerings.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using React, VueJS, and Node.
• Manage and prioritize the front-end team backlog to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.
• Mentor engineers and support career development through knowledge transfer and technical guidance.
• Build reusable component libraries and implement features like multi-site, multi-language delivery, and personalization.
• Optimize code for usability, accessibility, performance, and SEO.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of front-end development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• 4+ years of experience working within the React or Vue ecosystem.
• Proven experience developing CMS-based and e-commerce solutions using headless architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and Vanilla JavaScript.
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and browser APIs.
• Experience with the full SDLC, Lean/Agile methodologies, and CI/CD paradigms.
• Strong experience with unit, integration, and E2E testing workflows.
• Practical experience with Git and Design Systems principles.
• Solid understanding of User Experience (UX) and design principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Next.js, Vercel, and modern tooling like Webpack or Vite.
• Familiarity with Angular, Solid, or Svelte.
